Phil is the Company Director with project and resource management experience.  Sustainable development, the environment and energy efficiency are of a high priority to the firm.  He is often project director for the engineering on major industrial developments in Northland including Marsden Cove/Northgate Industrial subdivisions, as well as Tarewa Mega Centre, Paramount Plaza, Countdown, Southend Avenue, Gumdigger Place, and multiple subdivisions involving all aspects of civil engineering.

Aaran is a Chartered Professional Engineer with more than 10 years professional experience as a design consultant working on a broad range of projects from small residential sites to major infrastructure developments within New Zealand and the UK. He studied civil engineering at the University of Canterbury before starting his professional engineering career in at Cook Costello Ltd in 1999.
Aaran acts as a design consultant on a range of projects from for both commercial clients and local government, working with clients at the earliest project stages, providing advice and assessment critical to successful development. With more than a decade's experience of all aspects of civil engineering - from masterplanning to detailed design - he has extensive knowledge of the wider engineering requirements of the planning process.
In the course of his project work, Aaran regularly provides structural design for residential, commercial and industrial buildings, subdivision suitability assessments, slope stability analysis, flood risk assessment, foundation design, and design of stormwater and wastewater systems.
As well as being a professional member of IPENZ, Aaran is also the Northland Area Representative for ACENZ.

Graeme is a very experienced designer who produces documentation to the highest standard, ensuring the smoothest transition from plan to realization. He is experienced in reconciling the sometimes conflicting requirements of development and uses his skills to ensure the best possible outcome for property owners and the community. He has carried out scheme planning and prepared working drawings for substantial industrial developments in and around Whangarei, and commercial and local body developments in Auckland. In Australia and the Middle East he has supervised layout and construction of mining and oilfield projects. He has produced working drawings on a contract basis for other architects. He has carried out estimation for tenders and prepared contract documents for projects.

BE (ESc)
Adrian is a senior and competent designer of water conveyance & storage systems. He has carried out flood assessments involving rivers, channels & in river structures. Assessments have involved empirical calculations through to complex and detailed computer models. Adrian brings a broad set of programming & database skills to his modelling & engineering work. He has business acumen & understanding of financial & economic matters. Adrian has held many client facing roles & has strong verbal & written communication skills.

BSc, NZDE (civil) (part)
Shona is an engineering technician specialising in initial geotechnical investigation and reporting, on-site wastewater and stormwater management and foundation and retaining design for building and subdivision consent. Shona also has experience managing environmental issues and providing engineering solutions to restore natural environments. She has recently designed a major stormwater and wastewater treatment wetland; this process involved an assessment of environmental effects, liasing with affected parties, research into suitable plant species to be established within the wetland and presentation of ecological evidence at public hearings. She has also designed numerous successful and practical erosion and sediment control plans for major earthworks sites around the Whangarei region.

NZDE (civil)
Aaron is an Engineering Technician with more than 8 years professional experience, working on a broad range of projects from small residential sites to major infrastructure developments throughout Northland. He started his career with Cook Costello Ltd in 2003 and studied part time at Northtec and later NZIHT, completing the NZ Diploma in Civil Enginnering in 2009. He has since gained the National Diploma in Civil Engineering (Applied) through Infratrain. 
Aaron works principally in road design, pipe network layouts, effluent disposal assessment, site suitability/geotechnical reports and designing mitigation of instability.  Aaron has recently applied for CertETN certification with IPENZ.
