Cook Costello completed a significant commercial development for Whangarei involving 8000m² of floor area. This involved geotechnical and civil engineering design for the centre. We obtained Council consents and approvals for engineering plans, building consents, and certified construction on completion. The client was very satisfied and commented it is one of the better developments in Whangarei and Northland.
