BIG IS BEST when it comes to the construction of business and commercial parks in Northland, especially Ruakaka. Cook Costello has two major clients in Ruakaka whose projects will form a major part of the infrastructure of the area. These parks / estates cover an area in excess of 135 hectares plus storm water attenuation ponds & auxiliary sites.
These developments are nearing completion. The sites were previously dairy farms that are being regraded to accommodate the new subdivisions. These subdivisions are located 27 km south of Whangarei and approximately 120km north of the Auckland CBD. The situation of these subdivisions is strategically important. They are just down the road from New Zealand’s only deep sea port that supports large container and freighter ships. And who can forget all the idyllic and relaxing Northland beaches.
