Cook Costello offices in Whangarei, Auckland, Wellington are open and operating within the guidelines for the current RED setting (traffic light system); our team in Christchurch are currently working from home and are still fully contactable via phone and available for site visits, but for now the office is closed and we encourage meetings to be online. 

As you probably are aware, it’s an ever evolving situation around the country; one that we are adapting to wherever we can while still closely following Ministry of Health guidelines. It’s extremely important to us to keep our clients and our team safe.

As part of our duty of care to you, our team, clients, and the wider community we welcome to our offices people who can demonstrate they are fully vaccinated (by showing your vaccine pass) and are following the Covid protocols of scanning and signing in on arrival, wearing a mask, sanitising, and keeping socially distanced. If you are not able to demonstrate this, we are happy to make alternative meeting arrangements; please contact us to arrange this.

We are committed to working closely with our clients and colleagues to provide our usual quality service, even if that has to be remotely.
