Our multidisciplinary team consists of experienced Engineers, Technicians, Surveyors, and Architectural designers, operating from our four offices across New Zealand. About the role
Lead and mentor a team of junior geotechnical engineers, helping them grow and succeed.
Dream big and develop strategic visions for our geotechnical engineering department.
Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding and addressing their needs and concerns, making their dreams a reality.
Get creative and find innovative solutions to engineering challenges.
Prepare tenders and quotes, ensuring projects comply with safety and quality standards.
Manage project budgets effectively, optimizing costs without compromising quality.
Share your expertise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, making complex ideas easy to understand.

What we need from you
Geotechnical CPEng certification
8 years+ of experience in engineering consultancy
A recognised NZ Degree (BEng) or overseas equivalent
A proven track record of leading and guiding teams of geotechnical engineers
Experience in overseeing and managing complex geotechnical engineering projects.
A deep understanding of geotechnical engineering principles and practices in New Zealand
