The Landing at Marsden

The Landing at Marsden is a soon to be 440 lot subdivision surrounded the clear blue waters of the Northland east coast. Currently  the project is at the stage 3 earthworks, with 20,000-40,000 m³ of organic material being moved per month. The CoCo Team have been working on this major project alongside our sister company, GeoCivil, who have also been on site doing all sorts of testing.
