Kerikeri Scenic Subdivision
Stage one is offering 32 lots, varying in size from 8,000 square metres to 2.9253 hectares. Many of the sections are elevated with the majority receiving a view either of the Kerikeri Inlet, bush-clad hillside to the north, the Rangitane River in the east, or south towards the Waitangi Forest and rural farmland. Generous section sizes will allow relative seclusion once they have been developed and landscaped.
Cook Costello have designed and supervised this rural residential subdivision. This involved designing the roads, including the roundabout, bulk earthworks, low impact storm water system and attenuation ponds. Our team also under took the surveying of the engineering setout, construction monitoring, the land transfer dataset for LINZ approval and obtaining the RMA certifications from council.
