We were approached to redesign, draw and document building consent drawings for an earthquake damaged home with direct fix plaster cladding and water ingress issues. The home needed a reclad to provide the best protection for the next 50 years. We relevelled the slab, added a concrete nib to all the exterior walls, reclad on a cavity and renovated/altered interior aspects including a new kitchen and walk in pantry and we defined a new front door access from the street.
