Cook Costello provided geotechnical consultation to review ground conditions and deliver finalised detailed design of piled foundation options with a contract value between $400-500k. Cook Costello also oversaw the construction monitoring of this building and undertook pile testing to confirm the suitability of the construction.

The Cook Costello team took personal ownership of this complex project as it was to be a major tourist attraction and asset for the benefit of our Whangarei community.
