If it is a new bathroom you require, a second living, a granny flat or a reclad and new windows, we can work through with you where best to extend and what best to alter to get the best out of your house, optimising the functionality of the home.

Many alterations and all extensions require a building consent. We are very experienced and can set you in the right direction for your requirements. We will design and draw all plans to meet the local government and building code requirements and submit all documentation to the council.

Redwood Family Home

We were approached to redesign, draw and document building consent drawings for an earthquake damaged home with direct fix plaster cladding and water ingress issues. The home needed a reclad to provide the best protection for the next 50 years. We relevelled the slab, added a concrete nib to all the exterior walls, reclad on a cavity and renovated/altered interior aspects including a new kitchen and walk in pantry and we defined a new front door access from the street.

Burwood Home

An accidental fire in this house meant the owners had to seek an architectural designer for a building consent. The house owners took the opportunity to utilise our design skills and alter the living areas, kitchen and bathrooms to better enhance the house for liveability.
