We are looking for a Graduate Civil Engineer to join our Whangārei office. This role is ideal for someone keen to develop practical consulting skills early, work on meaningful local projects, and enjoy everything Northland has to offer outside the office.
As a Graduate Civil Engineer, you will work alongside experienced engineers on a broad range of civil infrastructure and land development projects, including:
Subdivision and land development design
Stormwater, wastewater, and water supply infrastructure
Earthworks and pavement design
Construction monitoring and site support
Civil design documentation and reporting
You will gain exposure across the full project lifecycle, from concept design through to construction, with hands on involvement from day one.
About You
We are keen to hear from graduates who:
Are completing or have recently completed a BE (Hons) or equivalent
Have an interest in civil infrastructure and land development
Enjoy practical problem solving and real-world engineering
Are comfortable working both on site and in the office
Want to learn from experienced engineers and grow their capability
No prior consulting experience is required. Motivation, curiosity, and a willingness to get involved matter most.
