Whangārei Residential Redevelopment
Whangārei, New Zealand
Surveying and subdivision support enabled redevelopment from two existing homes to accommodation for five households.
This project involved converting an existing residential property from two homes into a site that now accommodates five families.
Cook Costello’s planning and surveying team provided the boundary redefinition and construction set-out needed to make the subdivision work. By clarifying the site layout, boundaries and development requirements, we helped support more efficient use of land already inside the city.
The project shows how specialist surveying and planning input can help unlock additional housing capacity on existing residential sites, without needing to expand into new greenfield land.
