Cook Costello was engaged to provide end-to-end engineering and surveying services for a 440-lot subdivision, now entering its final stages of development. Our multidisciplinary team delivered:

Land Surveying – cadastral and topographic surveys, construction set-out, as-builts, and certification
Geotechnical Investigations – site investigations, hazard assessments, analysis of ground conditions, reports with recommendations to reduce risks
Civil design – earthworks, pavement, roading, three waters and stormwater management
Structural design – engineered retaining walls
Project management – Contract documentation, tendering, programming, and scheduling
Construction monitoring & certification – independent oversight to ensure compliance and quality

By coordinating seamlessly across disciplines, Cook Costello ensured efficiency, reduced risk, and delivered measurable value to both the client and community:

Functional stormwater design doubled as water features, enhancing both resilience and aesthetics, in keeping with the blue-water setting.
Lot layouts were designed to maximise sun and panoramic views of Mount Manaia, enhancing liveability.
